Yes. We buy straight from beekeepers, never heat the honey and check every batch.
02Why does honey set?
Pure honey sets naturally in winter. Stand the jar in warm water and it turns liquid again.
03How soon will I get my order?
Within 24 hours inside Dhaka, 2–3 days outside Dhaka.
04How can I pay?
Cash on delivery, bKash, Nagad, Rocket or card.
05What if something is wrong?
Tell us within 24 hours with a photo — we replace it or refund you.
06Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Write it in the order note and we will gift-wrap it.
